POOR SERVICE BY EC DRILLING

POOR experience with ECDRILLING!!! I requested a qoute with EC drilling on the 30 July 2025 which they promptly gave the next day on the 31st of July 2025. I then paid a deposit of R27 360.00 on the 7th August and sent them proof of payment. They had stipulated on the qoute that their lead time is +- 2 weeks . I had been in communication with them after i gave them the 2 weeks and more but i only got excuses . After 2 months of waiting they stopped taking my calls and there was no response or any indication as when they will be coming to drill on my place in Maclear. After 3 months i was tired of waiting i then requested my deposit , Jacques du Plessis wasn't taking calls or responding to whatsapp messages and the only response i got was from a guy named Phillip who seems to be his Technician/driver. He had the audacity to say he doesn't do refunds even after the dismal service or lack thereof . The trems and conditions on the qoute makes no mention of any non refund policy which would be ******* anyway. It is now the 24th November 2025 and i am still waiting for my deposit.
