Security Protocols and pricing changes

I ordered a new laptop and other accessories total of over ?2000<br> <br> Order was cancelled by E-Buyer, then i received and e-mail saying i had to provide a copy of my passport and utility bills to confirm my identity and billing address.<br> <br> After passing their security protocol i had to re-make my order only to find that they had put prices up for some of the items.<br> <br> I called the customer service team and they were not prepared to honour the original order and told me to just pay the extra money.
