Pathetic ********

Absolutely disgusted with these people. I placed an order on the 8th April and I am still waiting delivery. I’ve tried their live chat service and received no response, however before I placed an order I received a very prompt response from them about delivery. These people seem like ******** and I will be taking this to the consumer ombudsman. Zero communication and no reply to emails. I received 1 reply to my email and that was an apology and an attempt to pacify me stating that the order will be delivered on that day. 3 days later and I’m still waiting for my order. I will be posting this on ever social media platform, maybe that will get a response.
