TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM EBUSISEKILE PROTECTION SERVICES

The most horrible and pathetic service received last night from a controller named Elaine Naik , we were in a position in a complex guarded by this company and called for help as their was violence in the complex and our lives were being threatened, Elaine then advised us that their services is to protect the complex and not us if we have a issue we must report it to the saps , she was very rude and mentioned more than once that she can not help us in anyway ! She should be removed and the service of this company should up their game ! This is utter nonsense
