Serious Security Breaches at Residential Complex | Ebusisekile protection services

I am extremely concerned about the level of security being provided at our STANMORE residential complex, especially given that we pay separate fees for this service.

During school pick-up times, vehicles are allowed to enter the property, collect children, and leave without proper checks. The entrance gate is often left open and unattended at the very time when traffic and foot traffic are heaviest. Instead of monitoring the exit/entrance, the on-duty guard chooses to patrol elsewhere, leaving the complex exposed to trespassing and placing residents, particularly children, at risk.

When I raised this issue with the control room, the staff member on duty, Elaine, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She told me not to tell her how to do her job and instructed me to take the matter up with the landlord. Her attitude and lack of telephone etiquette were completely unacceptable.

In addition to this, we experience frequent disturbances after school, with outsiders entering the property and fights breaking out. On more than one occasion, children have entered the complex carrying knives. These incidents highlight the seriousness of the security lapses and the failure of the guards to properly monitor access.

The current practices of this security company are inadequate and pose a real risk to the safety of residents. I would think twice before using the services of Ebusisekile protection services.
