Bad company to work for

This is supposed to be a "family business" as all the females are related - but they handle the people as if they are in control of their lives and that the workers owe them their loyalty and support but they do not give theirs to people working for them. You only get contracted for 11 months so they do not have to pay you a bonus - they do not pay provident fund, and they hire and fire at a rate that you won't believe - and nobody can then claim from the provident fund because they don't pay that - although it is compulsory for the security industry to do so. They live a high life while their staff members are suffering.
