Contractor leaving before job complete

<p>We used Ebrahiem Farland from E & F Home Improvements for a painting job at our home in Rosebank Cape Town. After a week of the job going well he decided call it quits without giving us (or the paint crew he was using) a reason. We had given him cash for paint and I think he decided the small amount was better than the remaining amount we owed him to complete the job.</p> <p>Needless to say, I would avoid using him at all costs.</p>
