Payment deducted twice

We have booked a flight to London using [URL Removed] which redirected us to [URL Removed]<br> <br> Our first reservation was completely wrong when we got the confirmation PBEBUK-*** as this was not the flight we booked. On top of that, they deducted the 800 odd pounds twice from our credit card for a wrong flight. We contact the contact centre that required us to rebook the flight and cancel the first one, which we did. This resulted us in waiting 5 days for the refund and then we need to use another credit card. For the second booking (PBEBUK-***) which was luckily correct this time, they deducted the 814.40 pounds twice AGAIN. Thus we are our 3200 odd pounds for one flight (2 people) that should have costed only 814.4 Pounds from the start. When you contact the call centre they only respond by saying they cannot see the payment on their side. This is **************** and ridiculous that we as consumers are not protected against this.
