Unfair Practice

I booked British Airways flight through [URL Removed] The flight would pass through London to Spain with a flight changeover period of 1hr 50min. I would not leave the airport so I did not think there would be need for a visa. I only discovered that I needed a transit visa when I was about to check in. I had to abort the trip. I should have been given this advice by ebookers as a travel agent and ticket seller. I had to cancel the flight so that it is not treated as no show. When I contacted ebookers I was told that they can only refund me GBP71.98 out of GBP576.69! Is this not ****************? You did not give me the advise you were supposed to give me, the ticket is cancelled and not treated as no show. So why do you want to take my money? I feel cheated and plead with ebookers to give me full refund because I have incurred huge losses because of the aborted trip. Please be considerate.
