Bad experience

Lack of service,the nurses were so rude to me,my child was sick he couldn't even breath at night he wasn't eating for 3 days ,I panicked and went to the clinic and they told me that they are not working Sunday for coughs ,I asked for a letter of attendance, they told me they don't do letter of attendance on weekends,I was so sad I had to go and borrow money for my child to go see a doctor ....I want to know where should we go with our kids in order for us to be helped,why is the clinic open
