Bad and disgusting service

Was booked on this lodge n I arrived on the 38 February 2021, I phoned the manager on my arrival n she told me to take bolt n bare in mind is my first time coming to umthatha which is understandable cz I ddnt pay for a shuttle but again shows negligence, then Saturday I went out with my colleagues as they were showing me around the I arrived at 12:30 at night I stood by the gate for over an hour because I was given a key with no remote there I ddnt hv access to the gate n was told security is there 24/7, I had to ask the guy tht dropped me off to jump over n put in the access code because I was starting to panic cz I dnt know anyone from umthatha n it was at night n there a lot of guys moving around the area, I then phoned this manager which I forgot her name n she was very rude telling me that they are not there to bby sit me and they have rules as they are booked by doctors and policeman professionals so to me It was obvious tht I'm being treated differently because I'm working on retail off which she don't know what I'm doing there, then this morning I told her tht I wanna b moved n she said it's fine, ddnt show no remorse for her actions, my question is what if I got ****** or ****d in a town tht I'm not from where as I'm booked in a lodge tht has been booked n paid for
