Petruet service

So I am a client of Ebony hair design for the past year and previously as a liitle girl until they messed up then. Well I guess a leopard never changes its spots. I did my usual chemical treatment as per normal and when I was ready to sit in my stylist's chair I was put on hold. However, 1 client already went before me(whom came in after myself) when I was ready. And yes I am very aware that not all clients are the same hair care treatments done which is understandable when a client comes in for a wash and blow which is fairly quick as opposed to the client whom has been sitting for hours because of the treatment. Which I re-iterate makes logical sense. However do not attend to 3 clients when I am sitting there ready to be seen by yourself. The actual nerve. Oh and this was my third time at the salon that this happened to me. Then there is the times when they are busy styling your hair and they stop midway to go and check something on the other stylist's phone. Then it's leaving the client midway trough the blowing to go and say hello to a client at the door. Now where in heavens name is the professionalism! My hair was even cut scew because the stylist was rushing through clients. When I told the stylist that I have been there since 10 am and the 2 clients stepped in after me I was told that different styles takes preference. Which is OK. Then I said how do u guys time manage yourselves or is it a case of overbooking and chasing the buck. The management of around the amount of clients you taking on for the day. I was then told that a client before has been there since 8am the morning. How peutrid is that for service. And guess what I came in after her and seen to before her all because I opened my mouth. This used to is supposed to be such an established salon. These people was initially in the kismet building in Athlone, which was quite a respectable size and they downscale to only 3 stylists. Leaves one with the question, how bad has the work been over the years? These people was so good they even had a "hair analyzing machine."which was to test the hair strand and advise what the hair requires going forward. When asked them about the machine, they advised that they no longer have it as they now have the" experience" of the machine. So they can read the hair as to what is needed to be done. Now, with that being said. my family member went their for the "hair reading" she was told to have a straightener which worked amazingly well. Her second time back she was told to have the straightner but with a added chemical treatment which amounted to +/- R900, her treatment before that was R600.00. Her hair broke off after the R900 treatment and was told here's a free treatment even though she still recovering from the little hairs regrowth. Now, this leaves one with the question as to are they the problem? Thinking they can do what the "machine" did? Overbooking? Just a simple thing of its all about the money? There's another salon I use to attend which is @bionic, now these people are good, good, good. Service, time management, professionalism and all rolled into 1 treatment.
