Not happy with Ebony Hair Design

I called for a quote and book appointment for Wed 4 Feb, I specifically said I believe u have specials on Wed and Thurs. Lady said for colour yes. I asked how much for long hair, she said R295. When I arrived, hair dresser showed me colours from colourant range. She mentioned permanent vs colourant. I asked which is the special for R295, she said the colourant. I said then that it is. When choosing colour, she said, we dont have this and this and that in stock, but what I can do is this and this, referring to mixing 2 coulours. I reckoned that should be fine, she doesnt tell me that would change the price to almost double the R295. She asked me if was going to flat iron, I asked if thats included, she said no, I said then no thanks, my hair is very thin, and doesn't need it anyway. So I was extremely unhappy when I got to the desk and found my bill to be a whopping R532. The lady, whom I think is the owner, reckons, 2 colours was used and they cannot quote price over the phone. I said I specifically asked for price for long hair with the special, and was told R295. My hair is very thin, the hairdresser said they never had certain colours but was going to mix what they had.
