On the 20 December 2023

On the 20 December 2023. A driver by the name of Frans Mahlatji was driving a putco bus when he collided into my vehicle as a result of him not obeying to a four way stop. I contacted the company he works for which is Ebony and Ivory transport to report the incident. I was then told to contact their insurance company (OUTSURANCE) and they will handle this matter. It is now three months later and both parties are giving me the run around as to who is going to pay for the damages to my vehicle. Now I've been told by OUTSURANCE that they are not liable for the damages to my vehicle as the damages to their bus outweighs the damages to my vehicle. I don't see the fairness in this as I am the third party claiming and their driver is at fault. I then went back to Ebony and Ivory transport to inform them of what was said. I am now fighting a losing battle as they don't even respond to me. My calls just keep getting cut or To voicemail. I've spoken to the owner Daya and he says that this has nothing to do with him. To date I am still battling with this issue and would like Ebony and Ivory transport to sort this out and treat this as a matter of urgency.
