Ebijee Motors Empangeni

I purchased a vehicle by Ibejee Motors on the 15th of September 2020 in cash by EFT and the vehicle was in my possession from that day forward, and was not brought to my attention that the vehicle has a gearbox problem, the salesman said to me it just needed a service. And from the 16th of September the vehicle started jerking. They contacted me on the 18th of September 2020 telling me i can collect the vehicle papers and roadworthy by the traffic department, where i brought to their attention the fault was the gearbox and they said to me the vehicle is sold AS IS. I do not know how they could have taken the vehicle for roadworthy as it has been in my possession from the day of purchase the 15th. My mechanic just afterwards brought to my attention that there have been tampered with the airbags, the tires are of extreme poor condition, the fog light is missing, the sunroof falling apart, and petrol gauged not working, is extremely damaged and the vehicle must have been in a accident and the vehicle would have never made it though a legal roadworthy. I have contacted Ibejee motors on several times asking them to assist me with either Repair, replace or refund and they said no the vehicle was sold AS IS. I can forward you all the proof of repairs that i have done with the photos of the **** airbags, no fog light and very poor tires and sunroof
