Poor Service

Ebenezer Removals & Logistics did removal of my furniture and goods from Lepalale to Middelburg. The packed the furniture on the 29th July 2019 and this included bubble wrapping of my television sets. They billed me for over 20 metres of bubble wrap to ensure that the tv’s and mirrors etc we safe. They charged me a removal fee that included insurance for the safe loading and offloading and setting up my furniture. The task with loading was completed at 02:30 on the morning of the 30th July 2019. Thereafter the driver and his assistants departed for Middelburg. When we arrived in Middelburg at 11:00 on the 30th July 2019 the furniture was already offloaded. The driver of the truck requested assistance to boast the flat battery and then left for the next destination. When we started to inspect the goods we noticed that the big screen Sony tv was broken on the right hand corner and the screen was blurry. We immediately notified Ebenezer Removals & Logistics They said that they were going to submit a claim to the insurance but now the response received is that the insurance is for hijacking, accidents or fire. Is this acceptable that their staff damage the clients furniture and then the company says it is not our problem.
