Michelle took my call and within 5 minutes I had all the documents emailed. The van arrived promptly on moving day at the allocated time, after the driver called me to confirm he was on the way. The driver and men involved in the move where excellent, quick and there was no damage. They placed everything where I wanted it. Such a change to have great service.
