Con transport and logistics

From the start this company promised on time collection and delivery. My furniture was collected 9 hours late and dropped of three days late. The sales person is aggressive, abusive and tried to con me after loading my furniture for an addisional R 5000 cost, on top of the quoted price of R 6900 after they had possession of my furniture. When the furniture was delivered I had to off load my own furniture as it was used by this company as ransom to force me to pay the addisional fee. Furniture was damaged and a Kay way bag containing my clothes was missing. The estimated value on what was in the bag was is around R 9000. The quote clearly states R 250k insurance cover, but they now refuse to send me a claim form. The sales, reception lady is rude, unprofessional and I had to incure addisional costs because of their three day delay. Firstly the quote shows no limit on the amount of the load, secondly after loading and having possession of my property I get threatened and told there would be a addisional cost of R 5000 on top of the quoted price. Service is pefetic, management is non existand and in willing to assist.
