Worst site to buy from

I purchased an item on 7 February 2015 from Ebay UK , still today have not received it , I have disputed and send Ebay mails , what is new ,what there site tell you to do AND WHAT IT DOES does , DOES NOT CORRESPOND , the supplier and I are MAIL WAR , i have mails from customs and Post Office stating the item has not received South Africa , and Ebay DOES NOT STEP IN AND MAKE AN DECISION , THEY DO NOT REPLY TO MAILS ,
