Within 3 hours after complaint lodged, eBay rep****:"case closed, no refund. NO INVESTIGATION WAS DONE.

<p>eBay send me an email of a parcel, on 19 January2017, via couriers FedEx, nr ********** 91411, that was according to them delivered at my home at 15:03 on 19 January 2017 while me and my husband was home. There were 2 parcels, and nr ********** 58486 was delivered and signed by us. I never received the other parcel and want the courier investigated. I want proof of delivery and signature.</p> <p>eBay closed the investigation within 3 hours after I laid the complaint, no proof of delivery or proof of signature, and this was their feedback: We received tracking information from the seller that shows the item was delivered to your address (the seller is overseas in USA, how could they confirm that it was delivered?)</p> <p>Final Decision: A refund won't be issued for this case ID ********** 654</p> <p>Seller ID: cozyarray.</p> <p> </p> <p>MY ISSUE: I never requested a refund even, I want my parcel. The couriers are FedEx.</p>
