Useless eBay should give up being a online platform

It's now nearly 20 days and I am no closer to getting assistance from eBay to my parcels stuck in Jhb for 10 days , I live 3 hours from Jhb . Customer help simply replies with a generic answer of no help whatsoever, then the last reply was assuring me my parcel will be delivered to Brazil !!!! I live in South Africa for heaven's sake . eBay should get out of the online shopping business they are useless useless useless.
