Terrible experience!

My account has been suspended indefinitely for no reason. I signed up for an ebay account to buy some warm clothes while I am traveling. I added my visa card as payment method and added my mother's address in Oxfordshire for the delivery address. I purchased x1 pair of jeans. The money was taken out of my bank account and then i was suspended.

I spoke to one ebay representative called Ahmed. He told me it was just a verification process as a new user and my account has been reinstated. So I think great, I wasnt to buy a warm bath robe. Account blocked and suspended indefinitely. They won't tell me what policy was violated or how to resolve this issue. I'm a new user. My money is just as good as anyone else's. I had no direct contact with any seller and only purchased one item that I will never receive??
