Undelivered parcel

I ordered a parcel in December, it was due on the 8th of January 2024, I've had no luck in contacting anyone, or getting a response from Ebay. The only thing that is linked to Ebay is a site, which you have to subscribe to, in order to talk to a consultant. Either they need to tell me where my parcel is, or refund me. Disgusting service, won't use them again!! They don't even have an email address to chase it up, nor a complaints department
