Undelivered Item - eBay

Please be aware that eBay is useless at helping when there is an issue. I ordered a Dance-Mat June 30 2024. The supllier delayed the order and it was noted on the site that it will be delayed. I have not received the item yet. I have tried contacting the supplier many times without a response. eBay has the order on in the order-history log, but due to the order being older than 90 days, u cannot complain, or rather their help facility will not accept the complaint. The tracking still shows that the item was not delivered. I have lost R6000 ($340).
