Trying to get a refund

Bought an item on Aug 19, 2017 and still waiting for it. Tried to open a case with ebay resolution center for a refund, but it cannot find my purchase. Most pathetic support you can think of and for them their sellers are no1 and the customer who got ripped of is nothing in their eyes.
