shockking service

I bought a chain kit for a car on ebay and it was the wrong. So since then ive been trying to get hold of the guy we bought the kit from on ebay to return the part and still we struggled.

Now I went so far to try and contact ebay to sort this out for me and I still can't reach them. I cant return the item and today is my last day to return the part.

I'm very unhappy with the service that i'm getting from ebay , and if this is how they work I will never buy from them again or tell anyone to buy from them.
