Refund not received

<p>On the 11 December 2015, i made an online purchase of 3 Solar power wall lights to the value of $66.65. Item Id: ********** 71586 Transaction Id ********** 318004. On 18 December 2016 i got a confirmation that the order was shipped. i did a follow up in January 2016 of which a response that was sent to me on 16/02/2016 that the items were out of stock and they will replace. i waited and did a follow up again. On the 02/03/2016 i got a message that my refund will be processed right away. Until today I have not heard nor recieved the items nor the refund. I'm dissapointed.</p>
