Really bad service from ebay - just a rip-off platform.

I purchase an Item on ebay which was not delivered. I was supposed to get a full refund with no success to date. Their communication and correspondence sucks. Order number: *** Seller ID: maxcatchoutdoor Quantity: 1 Request ID: *** Request opened: Oct 27, 2021 I would really appreciate it if I could get a response from them. I think I should stick to Amazon from now on.
