Purchase not Received

I purchased a Dress from the following seller on Ebay, which was supposed to have arrived by the 20th November 2020, I have queried as to why I did not receive the dress, only to be told that I have received the dress and the case has been closed.

I have followed up with a few other emails and got not reply. Totally disgusted with after sales service. I even enquired as to were the dress was sent to and obviously someone had to sign for the Item!!! This was my first purchase on Ebay, and I dont think I would advice anyone else to buy from them, even though the goods on sale looks good.
