Poor service

Ebay is a **** I am sure, my poor son of 15 on ebay that he is super exited about last they send a mail that it will be delivered 21 January 2020....imagine the dissapointment on a jong boy's face when it is February already and nothing If you try to contact them or even try to track the tracking number the site is always out of order
