Phone cover held by SA Customs

<p>I bought a pouch for my Motorola Moto G 2014 on 30 September 2016 from amadi.poland via ebay. Item number ********** 05073. Transaction id : ********** 472012. It arrived at the Johannesburg mail centre on 25th October and was then given over to customs on 28th October. I checked the tracking number today 5th November and it's still being held by customs... I have tried to contact the mail centre by phone for 4 days without being able to get through. I thinks it's totally insane that a mundane item lke a phone cover is held for 9 days by custom!!</p>
