Pathetic service

<p>Odered an item online, Ebay used FedEx to courier the item to my residence. Although I did not sign receipt for the item, eBay and FedEx insisted that the item was delivered to my address and somebody signed for it. On inspection of the signed receipt document the signature was illigible and not mine. In fact where it clearly said print name it had a squiggle name. eBay, despite my many emails to a Nerissa (who calls her self a specialist) has not responded to single email of mine. Now I have to use the "consumer protection act". I will never ever purcahse through eBay and at the same time will warn alot of aother people. </p>
