Pathetic communication and assistance from eBay

ORDER DATE: May 07, 2018 ORDER TOTAL: ZAR 660.81 Order Duracell Activair auditifs batteries 312 Sold to me by master-aid I have been sending continuous messages to eBay, and this has still not been resolved. I have not received my goods and I have not been refunded. This is over 4 months. I have contacted the Post Office in South Africa and they too do not get back to you, and also do not have the parcel on record.
