Order never delivered and no refund received.

September 2018, I ordered a golf shirt from their portal. It has never been delivered till today. Did a follow with eBay and SA Post Office and they all sent me from pillar to post, then their (eBay) agent disappeared. The post office said there’s no trace of the item. I paid for the T in full and they refused to refund me. I’m so disappointed with eBay.
