Online refunds not received from eBay

Good day I would like to share my frustration with one of online services,I have purchased more than one item on this site and due to the pandemic I have requested refunds due to the goods not being shipped or delivered it has been now almost 4 months and of numerous emails confirming they have indeed issued a refund I have no receipt or visual proof that this was made now they saying I should do the run around to check with my bank and their services to check when I'm receiving this payments were made in a different currency and paid in immediately I need help getting my money back
