Not giving feedback about purchase

I have ordered and paid for a product via eBay, I did not receive proof of payment I have paid it into the account provided I was not a member at the time of purchasing the product because I usually use Takealot, but the didn't have the product I wanted and I appreciate their prompt service everytime, but back to my complaint, so I contacted the seller, he told me that he has received the order from me and told me it has been shipped but he has not received his money from eBay yet, so I ask you why is it so hard for u to just get me my product or just give me my money back it was not a cheap product...
