No regard for Customer Service

<p>I purchased a pair of fly boots of Ebay for my horse, as the flies have been attacking my horse no stop. I bought the Cashel fly prevention mesh boots from a company called Leathergem and they shipped them using USPS. I was told that the product would be delivered between Jan 26, 2017 and Feb 16, 2017. I was given a tracking number and so started to regularly check it’s tracking status. These boots arrived in Chicago at the USPS carrier facility on the 15 Jan, 2017 since then they have not moved. After two weeks of checking every other day I tried to contact USPS Chicago in order to find out why they haven’t moved. These boots cost me R361.97 and I paid an additional R429.16 for shipping. At this price I should receive my product within a few weeks. I bring in about of products from China using DHL and always receive my products within a week or two at the most. Since the 30th of January I have been trying to contact USPS, Ebay as well as the seller Leathergem in order to find out why my fly boots have not moved for 5 weeks. I have yet to get hold of any of these companies and still have not received my fly boots as they are still sitting in Chicago, for who knows what reason. I am shocked that none of these three companies have any customer service and have a complete lack of customer communication. In my point of view these three companies are ******* who just take your money and then vanish with no regard for weather the customer receive their products or not. I will never use any off these companies again, I will never refer anyone to use these companies, in fact I would go as far as saying that I would make it my personal mission to make sure that everyone knows how bad their services are.</p>
