NO PRODUCT, NO REFUND.

Since I purchased an item on ebay on June we now going to October and I haven't received my item, tried to communicate with the seller but we not getting anywhere, I tried ebay to intervene and they to told me 21 days have passed so they can't help me, the sellers excuse is the shipping method we use but that can't be the problem for whole 3 months eBay is ripping ppl off and I think is their nature to do that.
