No product No refund

Ebay resolved for me to get my refund on an item i never received on 6th April 2021. i was told i would get my refund in 48 hours. i reminded them on the 16th April 2021 and again on the 22nd April 2021. Its been over a month now, still no refund. Too scared to ever buy on ebay now.
