No parcell: I want my refund

Good day I ordered a Ultra HD 4K HDMI Splitter, tracking no: UF***YP on the 15th August 2020 already which now is FOUR MONTHS and no parcel!!! I even sended an email to Ebay and the seller, about a few days already and not even Ebay came back to me. I emailed and followed up numerous times to try and find out where my parcel is, but everytime the seller, which is LANYELLIANG818513(390) he keep on telling me sorry and that he will follow up. But further nothing happens. The worst of all is that Ebay service is very very bad. They don't even take ownership for my problem and I am sooo frustrated and will never ever buy at Ebay. I am definitely going to tell all my friends of my bad and terrible experience with Ebay. I even asked please I want my money back, but no replay at all from Ebay or the seller. I also see on the current reviews that there is other customers also battling to get their money back. This is really not acceptable and no one wants to order something, pay for it and don't get any parcel
