NO "money back guarantee" from eBay! Liers!

I recently purchased items through eBay, believing their "Worry-free shopping" and "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" slogans.

Two of the three items were undelivered, so I wanted to make a case. The sellers, who had good reviews at the time, have now been marked as "This user is no longer registered on eBay". Therefore no reference number for the seller exists and the purchase order record numbers are invalid.

It seems I am *****ed as I cannot open a case or request a refund without this information. BAD BAD BAD eBay!!!
