No Item, Not Refunded

I have ordered an item on E-bay from a seller called Masamall. I ordered the item and waited 3 months and never received it. It was apparently resent but still never received it. his item was ordered in March and til today I never received it. I have asked for a refund and sent many emails but my mails just stay ignored. This is very poor for E-bay to have people like this selling and for E-bay to not do anything about it is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't even advertise my business as much as they do if this is how they treat their customers.
