No customer service

I ordered and paid for a product on ebay and received confirmation of despatch with a reference number and approximate delivery date between 8 August to 8 September. When I ask for an update on the delivery it says it is in the country but not delivered. I cant seem to be able to get their customer service details to find out when I can expect a delivery
