late / NO DELIVERY

I purchased an item on ebay in November. Paid for it and have not received my item. I communicated with the buyer, and she kept on telling me its in transit! It's April and I still have not received it. I reported this to ebay, and they have not helped me one bit! They communicate via their site, which is absolutely helpless. My item is no longer on the site because apparently I did not communicate with the buyer, which I have. They instructed me to complain via the resolution center, which I did, and STILL to no avail was I helped in anyway. This is the 2nd item i purchased and i just haven't received my items!!! This is totally unacceptable!! The fact that there is NO ONE to talk to, besides an automated system, which is of no help!!?? I tried going onto the site again and I have to lay a complaint now with the FBI or something!!! I don't have the time for all that ****!! I just want my purchase from linjun and would like ebay to help me find it!!! that's all!!!
