Last minute effort

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>so i recently bought a nintendo 3ds on ebay. And the minute i bought the item is was then removed from the listing. Which is generally fine however this trade has (0) trades and i made a mistake to buy the item. So i opened a case and called into ebay. I would like to find another nintendo with a more reliable seller. However ebay takes so long before they bother looking into this for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>no tracking number has been allocated. This item hasent even been sent.</p> <p> </p> <p>like it even says user is no longer on ebay.</p> <p> </p> <p>surely they can see this as a **** and request a refund.</p>
