After going through e-bay to purchase an item on the 4th April 2015,in this case a high pressure fuel pump .It was bought from a company OPEL AND VAUXHALL in the UK. It was paid for and the payment was handled by Paypal. I was promised that the item would be delivered on the 30th April 2015.To his day 19/5/2015 no item had been delivered. After numerous e-mails sent to e-bay I have received no reply or sms from them. I CAN NOT believe that this is the type of service that one would expect from a world renowned co. Please If anybody could help it would be much appreciated. Writing this complaint is my last resort. Im So frustrated .Postage was send to South -Africa with express delivery that usually takes on average 15 - 20 days.
