<p>I purchased an item through eBay. Paid through PayPal as a guest. Goods never received. Had contact with the seller well within moneyback guaranteed period. Seller now withdrawn from eBay and cannot get a refund!!! eBay have been most unhelpful... sending genertic emails after each request for help. Reply to the person sending the email and get another one from someone else.Totally pathetic!!!! </p> <p>No action by eBay in helping me get my refund.</p>
