goods ordered in Oct-16 still not received

<p>I ordered a top and earings for my daughted in Oct-16, queried the delivery in Nov-16 and have still not recieved the goods.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did log a query which was closed after 30 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have asked eBay to assist me in getting a refund. They have instructed me to address this directly with the supplier and to contact Paypal for my refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not acceptable. Is this how eBay does business? Shocking for such a large organisation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have paid ebay and not recieved my goods or a refund.
