Goods not received

I thought I would just share my experience with you I ordered a mp 3 player for my goldwing motorcycle in May 2017 through e bay and paid by credit card , I was sent a tracking no within 2 weeks , but up until now I have not received my parcel when I notified e bay they said I must take it up with the Chinese supplier which I did , they in turn said I must give them a good review before they refund me which I also did , it is now the 13th of Nov 2017 and still not a word from either of them. In my opinion e bay should have sorted out the problem in the first place they are the ones that advertised the item in the first place. I will NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM E BAY AGAIN I wonder how many other people have also played their hard earned money to e bay and never received their goods
