Good business ethics

I bought items from various retailers on ebay and after not recieving the items l emailed the sellers to enquire what the problem is and recieved 1 reply which I was not satisfied with and ebay intervened immedeatly and I was refunded my money within 2 hours. Well done ebay for your ethics unfortunately the sellers let your business down and I will ensure I don't deal with those specific sellers again but will make use of ebay again
